“I’ve attended three different offerings at Zenly as a neurodivergent queer woman, and every single time I’ve felt genuinely safe, respected, and held.
From the moment you walk in, the low sensory environment makes such a difference. It’s calm, grounding, and thoughtfully set up in a way that cultivates safety.
Frankie’s presence is a huge part of that. Her gentle reassurance and the way she's holds space makes it so much easier to relax and just be yourself without pressure or judgment.
Spaces that truly feel inclusive can be hard to find, but Zenly really is one of them. I can’t recommend this place enough.”
Yazmin James“I could not speak more highly about Zenly. It has easily become one of my favourite places to do exercise, but I also love the community and support/education Frankie has built for us neurodivergent babes.
I feel so safe to access workshops to learn how to support living with ADHD, and to be able to exercise without judgement :) Thanks Frankie. You've built something amazing! xxx”
Jessie-Anne El-Tannoury“Zenly is such a beautiful, peaceful & welcoming space. I always leave feeling like I got so much more than I expected.
The instructors are lovely and so helpful. I’ve tried a few different classes and will definitely be coming back.”
Former Customer“The most welcoming space with the kindest owner, Frankie. Highly recommend this space for anyone wanting to heal their inner child or find a sensory-safe space that feels like a warm hug.”
Kelly Zeng“Such a neuroaffirming space, mainly in the staff being so welcoming.
The class I attended was amazing and professionally run. So many little add-ons to make me, as a neurodivergent adult, feel so safe, accepted, and welcome.
Never have I had my nervous system so calm entering a new space.”
Melissa Saunders“Beautiful space—warm and welcoming. The yoga class was perfectly paced: not too slow, but just right to allow me to move safely and stay in proper alignment.
Highly recommend!”
Mandi Jackson“It was my first class at Zenly today with the lovely Frankie! I did a Yoga Foundations class, and I found it to be so sensorily lovely and welcoming.
The yoga practice felt communal, encouraging, and understanding as a neurodivergent space.
Can’t wait to keep comin back! Thank you, Frankie + Zenly Team! Xxx”
Brianna Richardson“Zenly lives up to its name and then some. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the spaces have been lovingly and thoughtfully created.
My class (Yin with Frankie) was sheer bliss. It was everything the body, mind, and heart needed.
Also super excited they now have a massage room and a remedial massage therapist. If you’re looking to get your zen on, look no further.”
Rakhi Swales“This place is awesome! From the detailed information on their website, easy booking system, warm in-person welcome, and informative introduction tour, Zenly knows how to help quell first-timer nerves and make people feel immediately comfortable.
The space definitely delivers what is promised on their website, and their staff are super kind and respectful. The class was really relaxing, and you're encouraged to participate as much or as little as you feel.
Any other Yoga or Movement studio can learn many lessons from this place! I'll definitely be back :)”
Kim Edge“Absolutely a great place to do yoga & relax!!
(update: highly recommend their yin and slow flow lessons!!!🌟) Chill vibe and friendly staff. Love their yin yoga and slow flow classes.
Especially thank you, Frankie, for taking me to look around this amazing studio. Can’t wait to visit again :)”
Qin Jiyin“Frankie and the team (including Pearl, the gorg studio dog) are always welcoming and warm, they provide a safe space that combines movement and rest so flawlessly- Something that can be hard to find as a neurodivergent person.
I will ALWAYS recommend Zenly.”
Lexie McIntyre“The owner is wonderful and literally a saint herself, thank you, Sarah.
They also have a psychologist during the autism class, so it’s quite structured.”

“Absolutely love this place, as soon as you step in, you feel hugged by the space.
I really appreciate the inclusivity and consideration from the instructors, and overall focus on wellbeing and checking in on how YOU feel.
There is no expectation and no pressure to go at any particular pace. I think I’ve found my regular yoga studio :)”
Miranda Whitney“Zenly has already been an amazing place for our family - and I know this will only get better as time passes.
I have rarely been anywhere that felt so welcoming and joyous, as well as incredibly mindful of sensory needs. Just walking in is like a warm hug, and Frankie makes it feel like you've known her forever (in a good and respectful way).
From my teenagers to me, all of us have enjoyed sessions at this studio, and it's now a big topic of conversation around the dinner table about when we can go back.”
Kathryn Albany“They were really, really nice! And welcoming. The first class is free. Unfortunately, I'm only in Sydney for a few days, but if I'm ever here again, I'll definitely come back.
Did a hatha-vinyasa class that was really good and varied.”
Daniel Barkan“I love to try different yoga and pilates studios in the Inner West, and Zenly is easily my favourite. I've been to multiple types of classes with multiple instructors, and I have had an incredible experience every time.
Firstly, the studio space itself is beautiful. There is no better space to be if you're looking for somewhere cosy and genuinely comfortable, not just a waiting area before you head into a studio.
Many studios use "inclusivity" as a buzzword but have no specific measures in place to ensure genuine inclusivity – this is where Zenly really shines. I am neurodivergent and have chronic health conditions. I have always felt truly safe and welcome at Zenly.
I have much more to say, but I will end by saying that I cannot recommend Zenly enough.”
Salina Alvaro“Zenly is a warm, inclusive environment… that makes you feel safe as soon as you enter.
Loved Yin class and the warm low light was a perfect way to chill and lower anxiety.”
