‘Open’ refers to the teaching style. Each teacher brings their own flavour, guiding a unique flow that stays consistent for 4 weeks at a time. This gives you space to build familiarity, confidence, and depth - while still experiencing variety across different teachers.

Expect a dynamic, flowing practice with options to slow down, rest, or take it further depending on what your body needs. The low sensory element means lower lighting, softer, slower instruction, and gentle music.
